It is easy to open and fund an account with Vision Financial Markets. Below you can find the necessary account applications (either individual & joint, entity, or IRA) and supplemental documents which may be required. A list of required documents for new accounts is available to show you a breakdown of what forms are required based on what type of account you would like to open by clicking here. The following account documents are provided for the convenience of our prospective customers and may be downloaded.

Securities Account Applications

If you wish to open a retirement account utilizing:

  1. Equity Institutional as custodian, provided by Vision, please read the Equity Institutional IRA Custodial Agreement and Disclosure Statement or
  2. Millennium Trust Company as custodian, provided by Vision, please read Millennium Trust Company Traditional IRA Custodial Agreement and Disclosure Statement, which is included as part of the Account Application.

Should you wish to open an account with a custodian other than Equity Institutional or Millennium Trust Company, please use the Individual and Joint Account Application rather than the Individual Retirement Account Application and check the “Individual Retirement Account” box under the “Retirement Non-Vision Custodian” section on page 2.

Fund Your Account

Bank Wires

Vision considers wires as cleared funds and allows you to trade immediately upon receipt of the funds. Once you are provided an account number, you may wire funds. For wiring instructions, please contact your Account Representative or Vision’s Client Services team at +1.877.836.3949 or clientservices@vfmarkets.com.

Checks

Please make checks payable to “Vision Financial Markets LLC”.

Generally, a transfer from another brokerage firm will be considered as cleared funds. All other instruments, including bank, cashier and personal checks, may require up to three (3) days for bank clearance. Vision will not accept third party checks except those payable directly to you from other broker/dealers or from the Internal Revenue Service. When submitting a check, please use either the Check Deposit Form, Equity Institutional IRA Deposit Form or Millennium Trust Company IRA Deposit Form.

Transfer an Existing Account

Please complete and sign the Securities Account Transfer Form. If you are considering transferring multiple, existing accounts into your new account at Vision, please complete a separate transfer form for each of the existing accounts. You will also need to submit the most recent copy of your account statement from the previous firm.
